The Reality of Change - How do we engage the unknown? We do it together!
I believe that positive change can launch only with the acceptance of change itself. Life experience and lessons learned have taught me to first look inward to initiate change. My career path itself is an evolution of working and learning. Acquired skills are crafted to be relevant, responsive and adaptable. If someone asks me, “How do we engage others in the unexpected, in change?” For me, leading change means enabling others to lead. Please explore these highlights below to get an idea of what I can offer you and your company in delivering creative and collaborative adult learning.

Our world grows bigger with technological opportunities and a related need for a knowledge-based labor force. Yet we also face a shrinking planet as a consequence of the same technology, in addition to environmental demands and available resources. I want to be part of the successful collaborative solution; one in which we move forward enthusiastically and together, with eyes wide open. Please see my Educators as Learners page to glimpse more of my work.
