When asked to consider specific elements unique to the success of workforce education programs, it is the student/worker and business owner/employer partnership as well as the reality of an increasingly technical, competitive and ever-growing global workforce and labor market that set workforce education apart from other types of formal academics and training. The currently evolving knowledge-based job economy is a living breathing work of art, a still-wet canvas constantly influenced by developing technology and morphing market demands that result from a critical effort to depict a whole-world picture.
